About 45th BCS Circular 2022 at bpsc.gov.bd
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling the following vacant posts of various cadres of Bangladesh Civil Service through competitive 45th examination 2022.
This year 45th BCS application will start from 10 December 2022 through online and last date of submission of application is fixed as 31 December 2022. A total of 2,309 cadre and 1,022 non-cadre employees will be recruited from this year’s 45th BCS examination. Students who will complete the Honors Final Year Written Examination by 31 December 2022 are also eligible to apply for the 45th BCS.

Candidates must first fill the application form (BPSC Form-1) through online http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd Teletalk BD Limited or Bangladesh Civil Service website www.bpsc.gov.bd.
Candidates will be given a User ID after applying to the post of their choice. 45th BCS exam fee is Rs.700/- and Minority group candidates, disabled and third gender candidates have to deposit Rs.100/- towards exam fee by Teletalk BD Ltd using this User ID.

- Than: You can See on Reply SMS– Applicant’s Name and will be Charged as an Application Fee and get 8 digit PIN Number
- Second Message: BCS<space>Yes<space>PIN Number & send to 16222
- Reply Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for 42nd BCS Examination. User ID is (ABCDEFG) and Password (GFEDCBA).
Note: If any candidates forget the password, then they have to SMS in the following format
45th BCS Exam, Admit Card, and Seat Plan
45th BCS exam date and seat plan will be published on www.bpsc.gov.bd website. The admit card has to be downloaded using the user id and password.
Exam Center:
Preliminary and written examination will be held at Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh centres. However, if it is not possible to conduct the Preliminary Examination/Written Examination at any center of the candidate’s choice, the candidate will have to appear for the Preliminary Examination/Written Examination at any other center designated by the Commission. It should be noted that the viva examination will be held at the head office of the commission in Dhaka. No application for change of center will be entertained.
Pass mark and success of Preliminary Test:
45th BCS exam -The pass number of the test will be determined by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission. In this case, the decision of the commission will be final.
very Important matter- If the candidate does not input the correct registration number and does not fill in the circle correctly, or if there is any undesirable marking on the answer sheet, the candidate will be disqualified.
Subject wise marks for written test and viva test marks 1100 marks for general cadre and 1100 marks for professional/technical cadre.
